XS Category Report: May - June 2018

The XS program has seen fantastic growth this year. We have more active Recruiters than ever before! From 2016 to 2017 we witnessed a 7 percent increase of active Recruiters. This year we’ve increased 41 percent!

Recruiters at all ends of the spectrum have been finding success bringing in new members. Top Recruiters such as Turner’s Outdoorsman and Shoot Straight have well over 1,000 members. Other veteran Recruiters have kicked it into high gear recruiting hundreds of members. One in particular is Top Gun Shooting Sports. They have a renewed focus on recruiting and have already brought in over 100 more members than all of 2017!

We’ve also seen an increase of members from new Recruiters. Shoot Center in Cape Coral stands out recruiting 19 members in just their first month. Their goal is to recruit over 200 members this year and to make the Top 10. They have followed in the footsteps of the top Recruiters by giving the commission back to the employees as an incentive. They also keep their employees motivated and engaged by constantly sharing the feedback, monthly updates, and newsletters with them.

No matter if you are a seasoned Recruiter or just starting out, incentivizing you employees makes a big difference in keeping your employees motivated and engaged when selling NRA memberships.
