XS Category Report: July - August 2018

Wow, the first half of 2018 has been phenomenal for NRA Recruiters! Thank you for your hard work in the face of adversity. We must keep up the momentum to ensure we are strong for the midterms in November.

All of our Top 10 XS Recruiters recruited over 100 members in the first half of 2018; An impressive feat considering seven Recruiters recruited over 100 members in all of 2017. If our Top 10 Recruiters reach over 200 members by the end of the year, it will be the first time our Recruiters have done so since 2013. Let's make it happen!

Several Recruiters host membership drives or tie NRA Recruiting in with other in-store events, ranging from offering store gift cards or discounts on merchandise for joining NRA on the spot. Fin, Feather, Fur, Outfitters hosted an event generating 85 new members. Towers Armory, Black Wing Shooting Center and Second Amendment Sports all had events in July.
