XC Category Report: May - June 2017

The first half of 2017 has been very successful for Club Recruiters across the country, who are continuing to make great progress strengthening the NRA.  The XC category is up 14.7% compared to this point in 2015, and many clubs across the board are on track to have their best recruiting year yet!  We can keep the momentum going by focusing on recruiting basics and figuring out the strategies that work best for your club. Successful Club Recruiters find a way to associate their club's membership renewal with NRA membership renewal, work towards becoming/remaining a 100% NRA club and set up booths to recruit members at events open to the public.

Two XC Recruiters consistently in the Top 5, Benton Gun Club and Manhattan Wildlife Association, established very successful recruiting strategies by working with us to develop NRA applications unique to their club.  Using these custom applications, the clubs are able to directly connect their annual club renewals to NRA membership renewals.  This process not only keeps their club at 100% NRA, but it greatly simplifies the recruiting process.  If you’re interested in streamlining your recruiting methods, please reach out to me at [email protected].
