The first half of 2016 has proved to be very successful for club recruiters, up 22% from last year!  Let’s keep the momentum going as new shooters seek to join their local club to participate in shooting sports.  Now is the perfect time to reevaluate your recruiting style and consider what your club is capable of.

An effective recruiting strategy common amongst top club recruiters aligns with the classic idiom, ‘killing two birds with one stone.’  You can streamline your recruiting process by combining applications.  Attaching the NRA application to your club application is practical for your members, efficient for your club recruiting contact and helps your club achieve stable 100% NRA status.

Agawam Revolver Club and Chuluota Sportsmen’s Club are two example of clubs who have seen a great deal of steady success over the last few years using this method.  Whether you send out club applications, post your application online or hand out applications at the club, you can always create a section for members to join or renew the NRA.  The club with the highest number of recruits, Benton Gun Club, consistently reaches every member of their club by mailing out a slightly altered application to suit their needs.  If you need help setting up or designing your application, please send it to us and we’d be happy to help!

With an easy method of enrolling all the members of your club, you can focus more on signing up club guests and participants at local shooting events.  Let’s continue to fight for freedom and work to make 2016 our most successful year yet!
