Club Recruiters across the country are continuing to make great progress growing the NRA.  Contending with stellar results from the early months in 2016, the XC category is up 13% compared to last year!  Let’s keep the momentum going by focusing on recruiting basics. Find a way to associate your club’s membership renewal with NRA membership renewal, work towards becoming a 100% NRA club and recruit members at events open to the public.

Peconic River Sportsman’s Club has already signed up 462 members this year by checking each member’s expiration date and appropriately billing for NRA renewals along with their club renewal.  Their NRA contact also explained, “All new members must be members with the same requirements when they join or must join and pay the fees at the time of their screening.”  This method is a great way to maintain consistent 100% NRA membership for your club.  Contact me if you’re interested in becoming 100% NRA, we can help with the process.

Moving forward, focus on the methods that have proved to be successful for your club.  If you think your club has the potential to improve, contact me to discuss possible strategies for your unique situation.  No matter the size of your club, every member counts and it is a great accomplishment to reach 100% NRA membership.  Also, remember to encourage your members to take advantage of the deals on multi-year or Life memberships.  As always, your dedication to our Second Amendment freedoms is greatly appreciated.  Let me know if there is anything I can do to assist in your efforts to defend the Second Amendment!
