Dealer Category Report: March - April 2019

It’s gone! The first Show Season of the year is over and done with. It was great seeing many of you at the various shows we were able to attend so far this year. I always enjoy going to shows as it gives us a time to meet and discuss the many ways we can work together in the coming year.

2019 is proving to be a testing year for the Second Amendment. We are not even half way through the year we have already seen bills passed in the House trying to undermine our Second Amendment right. On top of that, we have those in Congress trying anything they can to discredit the President and NRA. It is clear what the anti-gunners are trying to do. Slowly but surely they are working to erode our freedom to own, buy, and sell firearms. Signing up for the ILA updates provides you with the knowledge of what is going on in your state and how to get involved. Many times these newsletters can provide you with opportunity to sell memberships, whether that be through events hosted or the knowledge of laws or lawsuits that push people to join.

Last year when the anti-gunners tried to destabilize us, our XS Recruiters rose to the challenge. This year we need you to do the same. Range Guns and Safes has put their money where their mouth is by signing up all their employees to the NRA. This is a great way to provide extra benefits for your employees while protecting the industry you work in. The employees will also be able to speak personally about the benefits of being a NRA member when they are selling to a customer. If you decide to sign up your employees, remember to do so under your Recruiter ID. That way you still receive the discount and commission.
