XI Category Report: November - December 2016

2016 has been an outstanding success for the both NRA as a whole and for XI Recruiters.  Your hard work and dedication made a major impact and contributed to our victory in the Presidential Election.  XI recruiters are up 54% from this point last year and now you have the opportunity to finish off the year strong as the NRA goes on the offensive.  

Let members and Second Amendment supporters know how much the NRA appreciates them.  Now that we have the ideal environment for positive political change, urge them to renew, extend and to sign up members of their family.  The NRA has the influence to make real changes in our country, but cannot do it without the support of its members.  During this holiday season, encourage your students to give their loved ones the gift of an NRA membership.  Showcase the benefits with a display table so your students can fully explain the importance of the gift they are giving.  Because of the magazine subscription, insurance and discounts from partnering organizations, membership is a gift that lasts all year.

As the NRA is transforming firearm culture in our country, more and more first time shooters will want to sign up for classes.  Students new to guns may not know what the NRA stands for and has to offer.  These students look up to you as a teacher and expert in the field, so be sure to emphasize the importance of membership and assist them in signing up themselves and their loved ones!
