Recruiters, your new Marketing Representatives will introduce themselves to you further in this newsletter. To reiterate a previous special announcement, NRA Recruiting Programs has not changed, however, you may have been assigned a new Marketing Representative.
Recruiters, due to popular demand, the $750 Life Membership offer was extended through February 18, 2020. This special offer is only valid on fully paid life memberships and cannot be applied towards Easy Pay Life (EPL) memberships.
One of the most important skills any successful Recruiter has is the ability to identify a customer's "Hot Button." Each members signs up for a variety of different reasons. Recruiters must identify which reason will resonate with the potential member standing in front of him or her.
Congratulations to Doug Williams from Peoria, IL for being named 2019 Instructor Recruiter of the Year! In 2019, Doug’s hard work and dedication to the NRA stood out as he was able to recruit 642 members and $28,345 in corresponding membership dues.
Congratulations to Greg Sullivan from Fredericksburg, IN for being named 2019 Gun Show Recruiter of the Year! In 2019, Greg attended over 25 events, recruited 979 members, and raised $34,095 in membership dues.
With a New Year comes a New Chapter for the NRA Recruiting Program! As you all now know, we have restructured our program and I am now the Marketing Representative for every recruiter in the Northern Region. I’m excited to welcome all of the instructors, clubs, ranges, stores, and individual Recruiters to what is now the Northern Region!
Our program has made recent adjustments to better meet the needs of all NRA Recruiters, and I will now be representing all Recruiters in the “Southern” state category. States represented in this category include: Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.
Happy New Year everyone! My name is Allison Hammes and I have been the Western Region Representative for gun show Recruiters for the past year, and with NRA Recruiting Programs for almost 3 years. As you may have seen, we recently reorganized the recruiting department and I will now be the Recruiter Representative for all Recruiters residing in the western region – which has also expanded to include Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, and Oklahoma. Having worked in the supportive role of Program Assistant for almost 2 years and alongside David Helmer and Aaron Michael, I am confident that this will be a smooth transition.
The NRA Recruiting program provides a great opportunity for NRA members to strengthen the NRA by increasing membership and earn extra money at the same time!
