Dealer Category Report: May - June 2019

Consistency is king. As store owners, XS Recruiters know this famous saying is especially true in sales and with NRA recruiting. XS Recruiters recognize the need to be consistent in encouraging people to join the NRA. When there is a perceived threat against our rights people are eager to join, this makes it easier to ask as people are more apt to join. But the real test is when people become complacent and assume our rights are safe. XS Recruiters know the key to consistency is not allowing these feelings or other outside factors determine their dedication to asking people to join the NRA.

We have many XS Recruiters that have been recruiting for decades. G.A.T. Guns, Stengel Gun Shop, and Julian Beale all have been actively recruiting since 1992. Not only that, but they also have faithfully reached the goal of 25 or more members year after year, with most years far surpassing that goal. Combined, these three stores have recruited over 16,000 members!

Recruiting has a compound effect. The members you bring is compounded by the tens, hundreds, or even thousands brought in from other XS Recruiters. The effort you put in to encourage people to join truly makes a big difference. For example, if each Recruiter who has not yet reached the goal of 25 or more members this year reaches this goal, it would result in thousands of new members in 2019!

Thank you for continuing to support the NRA day after day. Keep up the great work. Do not become complacent because we have a pro-gun president.
