Exactly 1,000 Instructor Recruiters were active in 2018, making a major positive impact for the NRA!In total, The XI category brought in over 13,000 members, about 2,000 more members than in 2017. Of the 1,000 active Recruiters, only 76 were able to reach our program goal of at least 25 members in a single year. This dedicated group of elite Recruiters proves that a little extra effort can make a huge difference; they were responsible for over 50% of the XI recruits in 2018!
One Instructor Recruiter who has sustained his recruiting passion over the years is Mike Delaurenzo.Mike has been an NRA Recruiter since 1994 and has surpassed the 25 member mark nearly every year!Mike enrolled 53 new members in 2018 and 1,687 members in total since 1994. He does a great job putting together an NRA display in his classroom and makes sure his students are aware of the deals he can offer.Keep in mind that multi-level and Life memberships are a great way to strengthen the NRA, and are also when these discounts start to play a major role in the new member decision making process.Remember to point out these savings to students as often as possible!
With a little extra work and the right strategy, any instructor can become an elite Recruiter. It is important to focus on your goals and to keep your eyes open for unique opportunities. If you would like to discuss potential strategies that may work the best for you, please contact me at [email protected].Let’s keep the pace strong in 2019 by setting strong goals, both long term and short, and always keeping the NRA on our minds.Your hard work and dedication are truly appreciated by the NRA and our members!
