Northeast Regional Report: January - February 2017

The recruiting programs team takes pride knowing that we have 650 male and female recruiters around the nation that represent the NRA each day. As the show recruiting team sets off for our winter season, I travel with you all in mind. I will bring with me the persistence, professionalism and pride that I have learned and built upon from each of you.

I have learned that persistence is key from Allen Shireman from Deloitte, IN. Although Allen may not pick up members in large bunches, he is persistent with his recruiting presence and adds strength to our organization, one by one.

I have learned professionalism from David Conte from Ohio. He remains up to date with the recruiting program and with ILA. His recruiting displays are current, vibrant and informational. If he is unable to solve a member's needs, he directs them to the appropriate contact so that they are served to the best of our ability.

Jeff Steele from Bristol, CT strides with pride when he represents the NRA. Although some of the venues we check out are not as successful as we hoped, he always leaves with NRA memberships, a known presence and a relationship with those who surround him.

I want to thank all of you for your commitment this past year. Let's make 2017 even better. I know it's going to take a lot of hard work but we can do it. Let's stay on the offense. Our time is now!
