Northeast Regional Report: May - June 2016

The Northeast region has increased 60% in the number of members recruited over last year at this time. What an accomplishment! Please give yourselves a pat on the back and extend my gratitude to your friends and family who have helped to support you while you have spent time away from them to advance the future of our Second Amendment.

I would like to encourage you to keep the momentum going. Historically we have seen a slight decrease in recruiting activity as we head into the summer. With families on vacations and gun shows operating sparsely during these months, some may see it as deterrent to get out and about but we see it as an opportunity to grow. For example, try to pitch the “Get in Free” operation to your show promoters as they may be more willing to give it a shot during their “off” season. Try Branching out beyond your gun show schedule to local businesses, fair or trade shows in or around your county. Building new recruiting efforts during the next couple months will foster the growth of our organization.
