XS Category Report Sept. - Oct. 2016

2016 is shaping up to be our best year ever! XS Recruiters played a huge role in this record setting year, but they aren’t done yet. The XS category has recruited more than 23,000 members! Stores are working hard to secure our rights by increasing NRA membership.

Dealers across the country are trying new techniques to bring members into NRA. They recognize this is the most crucial election of our lifetime and are doing everything they can to support our second amendment.  Vance Outdoors has implemented a new incentive program for their employees to encourage them to recruit new members. They got the idea after meeting Bill Ortiz of Turner’s Outdoorsman at a recent industry event.  Bill shared some of the details about sharing the commissions with Turner’s employees.  Vance took the advice and ran with it and their recruiting totals are skyrocketing!  They even signed up all 150 of their employees!

It is vital that together we grow the NRA as much as we can. This includes encouraging new stores to become recruiters.  John Riggio of Chucks Gun Shop does just that, constantly referring new recruiters to the program.
