2015 will go down as a banner year for NRA Recruiters. When all is said and done, over 200,000 members will have signed up or renewed through the program, an outstanding accomplishment!
NRA Recruiting Programs is happy to announce the expansion of the department! Soon, each category of recruiter will have its own, personal point of contact similar to the Gun Show recruiting program.
As we roll into 2016 and the general elections, it is crucial that each recruiter has a specific recruitment goal in mind. Your goals serve as a tool to keep you motivated and can provide an extraordinary sense of achievement once they are reached and surpassed.
Signing up a new NRA member is similar to selling any other good or service. Much like a sales person, you must convince the "buyer" that spending their hard earned money with you is of value to them.
As the air grows colder and the days grow shorter, I would like to acknowledge a few of our Northeast recruiters who have showcased their dedication and hard work by expanding their agendas and markets. Their hard work has resulted in measurable growth for the NRA.
Nearly every Central region recruiter has increased his or her membership totals over last year! And of the nearly 20 new recruiters, two broke into the top twenty. Altogether, new recruiters accounted for over 1,500 memberships this year.
As we continue to gear up for one of our toughest battles yet, keep in mind that we will each play a pivotal role in the outcome of upcoming elections and, ultimately our future. I’d like each of you to visualize your potential recruiting opportunities and develop unique ways to reach the freedom loving citizens of our nation.
Congratulations to the Western Region! I want to thank everyone for their hard work so far in 2015. The numbers are up thanks to a consistent individual gain from almost every Recruiter.
The NRA Recruiting program provides a great opportunity for NRA members to strengthen the NRA by increasing membership and earn extra money at the same time!
