2020 NRA Show Recruiter of the Year – Jody Truesdale

Congratulations to Jody Truesdale from West Columbia, SC for being named 2020 Show Recruiter of the Year! In 2020, Jody’s hard work and dedication to the NRA stood out as he was able to bring in 881 members and $36,495 in corresponding revenue.

Jody has brought in 2,822 members since enrolling in the NRA Recruiting Program in 2018 and has been in the Top 10 category for Show Recruiters every year since! Compared to other XP Recruiters this year, Jody brought in the 2^nd most members and corresponding revenue, while working less events overall. Jody was able to achieve these successful numbers during an especially tough year, distressed from a worldwide pandemic and economic crash. Many events were cancelled or kept attendees to a minimum. The NRA Weekend with Bass Pro was even cancelled and in the past, Jody and his team would normally cover three locations. Needless to say, Jody Truesdale truly showed resilience as an NRA Recruiter in the face of adversity in 2020!

Jody is passionate about defending the Second Amendment and takes the time to explain the importance of joining the NRA. He is also a personable Recruiter who is very positive and fantastic to work with. Jody takes the time to discuss new recruiting strategies and how we can make the biggest impact for the NRA.
