Southern Region Recruiters have continued to pull their weight in 2021, with very similar member enrollments when compared to this point last year. However, with the mass reopening of businesses and the attitude shift amongst most Americans, now is the time to pull away from those numbers and make 2021 a standout year for gun rights and the NRA!
Meade Rifle and Pistol out of Laurel, MD is one Club Recruiter that has already ramped up their efforts and increased their recruiting at a very impressive pace. The club has signed up 835 members this year, and, more impressively, has averaged over $74 per member! Meade Rifle and Pistol has actually brought in more members in 2021 than they have in all their other years recruiting combined since 2016. If other gun clubs followed their example, the NRA would be on track for one of our strongest years yet.
Another Recruiter who has had a great year so far in 2021 with 628 members is Shooter’s World out of Florida. Their efforts truly show what teamwork can accomplish, as they have multiple employees at several locations involved in increasing NRA membership.

Your efforts to defend our Second Amendment this year are greatly appreciated. As we move forward and see shows, clubs and classes fully open across the country, along with gun shops across the country packed with first-time gun owners, now is the time to seize every recruiting opportunity and put in the extra work to make a difference for the NRA!
The NRA Recruiting program provides a great opportunity for NRA members to strengthen the NRA by increasing membership and earn extra money at the same time!
