I want to first let you all know that we greatly appreciate your dedication and hard work during the past few months. It has certainly been a tough year regarding your typical recruiting avenues. The next few weeks are going to be pivotal for our country so let’s keep the momentum going!
I know that some of your states are still completely shut down, but those of you who are able to conduct classes and attend events please keep your safety in mind. It goes without saying, but Lysol or alcohol based wipes are an easy way to make sure there is no undue spread of germs and bacteria, along with frequent use of hand sanitizer. Those of you who are able, are encouraged to wear face masks when in close contact with students or members although your state might not mandate their use. As events and training courses are returning in some areas, please do not feel obligated to recruit if you are uncomfortable with attending. I understand that conditions are different in each area, so please be sure to follow your local guidelines.
We’re only about a month out from the Presidential Election, which is also going to be a great selling point to recruit new members. Our Second Amendment right depends heavily on the outcome so please try to stay up to date with any local legislative issues. The NRA-ILA website is also a great resource to learn about what NRA is doing for citizens in your area. You can sign up for ILA alerts at www.nraila.org/sign-up.
Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any new ideas or questions, I’m always here to help you the best I can.
The NRA Recruiting program provides a great opportunity for NRA members to strengthen the NRA by increasing membership and earn extra money at the same time!
