Northeast Regional Report: November - December 2019

With another year in the books, the Northeast Region is wrapping up with over 10,000 members signed up! Congratulations, and thank you for your tireless efforts to help our program achieve these numbers.

It goes without saying that 2019 has been a challenging year for our program. It has been a learning experience, reminding us that even though we have a supportive administration, current and potential members alike may not see the necessity in staying involved with our organization. Many of you had already seen this sort of complacent attitude from members during the Bush administration. Just know we’re expecting this tune to change next year. 

We’re anticipating a very busy year in 2020 with the presidential election on the horizon. If you haven’t already done so, please use this down time to re-stock your show supplies and organize your display materials. While the vast majority of supplies are available online through our Recruiter Supply site, I’m able to send some materials from our office—such as fresh sample magazines, window decals, and literature from other departments programs. If you would like something specific, feel free to reach out to me.

Once you finalize your 2020 show schedules, please let me know so I can add them to my master lists. I am here to assist you if you need any help in your planning efforts. Thank you all for another year of continued effort going to these events and dedication to our organization. I look forward to a successful 2020 for the Northeast Region!
