Amidst all the noise in 2019, NRA Club Recruiters were once again able to make a positive impact on the NRA.As of late November, 600 XC Recruiters collectively recruited over 20,000 members! With the next presidential election less than a year away, it’s important to keep focused on our mission and continue to grow in numbers as we defend our Second Amendment.
The club with the most recruits this year is the Manhattan Wildlife Association of Bozeman, MT.MWA signed up over 780 members for the 10th straight year! One of the secrets to their continued success is that every year, MWA includes a custom NRA application in a mailing with their own MWA renewal application. If you would like us to help you create a similar mail-friendly custom application, please e-mail me at [email protected]. Whether or not your club requires NRA membership, combining the join/renewal process of your club with the NRA can be a very effective recruiting strategy.
Let’s finish the year strong and try to sign up as many members as possible in our local communities. Don’t miss opportunities to set up NRA recruiting booths at local events or any club event open to the public. Many clubs will make it a point to sign up club guests as well. If you have members who have already joined or are NRA Life members, you can also accept donations. Every little bit helps during these critical times! As always, if you would like to discuss possible strategies or ideas in regards to NRA recruiting, please reach out to me at [email protected] or 703-267-3781.
The NRA Recruiting program provides a great opportunity for NRA members to strengthen the NRA by increasing membership and earn extra money at the same time!
