NRA Club Recruiters across the country have made a major positive impact on the Second Amendment during the first half of 2019 by bringing in over 14,000 members to the NRA! We can keep the momentum going by figuring out which recruiting methods work best for your club. Many successful clubs will use a combination of strategies and find a way to associate renewal of their club memberships with the renewal of everyone’s NRA membership.
A successful Club Recruiter since 2010, Agawam Revolver Club (ARC) from Feeding Hills, MA has signed up 436 members so far this year, 424 of which were all at the same time. ARC mails in a list annually to renew all their members who are about to expire. Sending in a list like this can be a great way to keep your club at 100% NRA membership with minimal effort.
Moving forward in 2019, let’s continue to grow the NRA and do everything in our power to defend the Second Amendment. Make sure to also reach members of your community who may not be members of your club. You can enroll non-club members by signing up club guests and setting up recruiting booths at events open to the public. If you have any ideas, questions, or you want to talk about which strategies might work best for your club, please reach out to me at [email protected].
The NRA Recruiting program provides a great opportunity for NRA members to strengthen the NRA by increasing membership and earn extra money at the same time!
