Despite what 2018 threw at us, you did it! XR Recruiters beat personal records, increased recruiting efforts, and had the 3^rd best year in the history of the recruiting program! Great job on this incredible accomplishment. Thank you all.

Many of you broadened or expanded your recruiting horizons. One of the ways this was accomplished was through the use of web links. Effective use of the web link can make a huge difference in Recruiters’ membership numbers. Just ask Thomas Vance. Thomas was a new Recruiter in 2018. He recruited 105 members, 82 of them from his web link alone. Another great example of this is www.gunsholstersandgear.com. Richard, the owner of www.gunsholsterandgear.com effectively utilized the $600 life membership offer to recruit over 1,000 members with over 700 of them joining as life members! From these two examples, it’s plain to see Recruiters of all sizes and styles—from individuals to websites—find great success successfully employing the recruiting web link.

Online recruiting isn’t the only place XR Recruiters found success. Many Recruiters, such as Scott Buisch, Jordan Hall, and David Burney found new events and avenues in which they were able to recruit. David Burney signed up 75 members in his first year. Jordan Hall and Scott Buisch both had their best recruiting year to date, with over 100 members and over 250 members respectively.

Thank you again for your hard work. You were instrumental in supporting the NRA in 2018. We are confident that in 2019 you will continue breaking records and bringing in thousands of members to the NRA.
