NRA Shows & Events Recruiter of the Year: Gail Rogers

Since enrolling in the Recruiting Program in 1999, Gail Rogers has consistently been among the best Recruiters in the Western Region. Throughout her recruiting career, she has signed up over 9,000 members and over 600 in 2018, a 40% increase from 2017.

Not only does Gail recruit NRA members, she also recruits other Recruiters. In 2018, she referred two other individuals to join our program.  These two new Recruiters have signed up more than 100 members in their first year of recruiting thanks to Gail’s encouragement.

A staple at Reno gun shows for many years, Gail is always on the lookout for events to expand her recruiting horizons. She sought to break the mold and branch out to events other than gun shows. In 2018 she was able to secure a free table at a local Boat, Recreational, Travel & Vacation show and sold 66 memberships.

With this commitment to expanding the Recruiting Program and finding new events to recruit at, we are confident Gail will continue to make a positive impact at the NRA for many years to come.
