XR Category Report: May - June 2018

Our strength is in our numbers. That is why the work you do is so important. The more Recruiters we have recruiting, the more members we will have, which in turn further strengthens our Second Amendment.  As of now, we have 262 active XR Recruiters—a 28% increase—who have recruited 61% more members than last year and 13% more than 2016!

All Recruiters, both new and seasoned, have been doing their part in helping grow the NRA. David Burney became a Recruiter in March and has already recruited over 40 new members! Thomas Vance Jr also became a Recruiter in late March and reached his goal of 25 members in his first month.  David started by talking to his friends, family, and customers about the NRA. He posted his web link on his website and in his e-mails. He then found various local events to attend where he sets up and signs up members. Thomas also used his job, friends, and family as a platform to start. After he spoke with his initial contacts, he used the tricks he learned as a military recruiter and applied them to NRA Recruiting. He is currently going beyond his sphere of influence by asking his friends to reach out to their network to find new members.
