Southeast Regional Report: January - February 2018

Another successful year is in the books for Southeast Recruiters! As a region, we recruited over 20,000 members and attended over 400 shows and events.  Special congratulations to David Conte for being top individual Show Recruiter in the Southeast. David attended 18 events and recruited over 1600 members! A job well done!

I would also like to recognize the following Recruiters:

• Gregg Stratton had the highest percentage increase in 2017 vs. 2016 at 75%!
• Luke Jackson recruited 58 members in his first 7 months!
• Showmasters ranked #2 out of 500 NRA Show Recruiters!

As we begin 2018, don’t forget the goal each year is to recruit a minimum of 25 members. Now is the time to plan out the events you would like to attend and brainstorm how to reach this goal.

Here are a few tips and reminders as we start 2018:

• Include a show/event report with your membership applications. This helps me track the shows and events everyone is attending.
• Membership applications MUST be mailed in within 1 week of the show or event.
• Double check that credit card and expiration numbers are written down correctly- this is the #1 reason why applications are sent back from processing!
• First and last name must be on the application. Even if the member is renewing, we still need their first and last name, not just the member number.
• Complete address filled out. All information regarding the member’s address- street address, city, state, and zip code- must be filled out or the application can’t be processed.

As you continue to plan and organize your events, know that we must stick together encouraging new members to stand by our side. Remember, there is power in numbers and we need to keep growing as an association. Let me know how I can support and help you achieve your goals for 2018.
