XS Category Report: January - February 2017

Wow what a year! We have broken records, won critical victories, and set ourselves on course for a stronger Second Amendment. This was an exceptional year for our XS recruiters. Overall, XS Recruiters saw a 137% increase from 2015. Stores of all sizes stepped up and increased their recruiting efforts.

One thin all of our top XS Recruiters have in common is the use of commission dollars as an incentive for their employees and/or their customers.  Passing the commission along to the front line sales people ensures that NRA membership stays top of mind and also makes for a happier employee!  If you have any questions, or need ideas on how to use the commission as an incentive please do not hesitate to reach out. I would be glad to discuss the many possibilities of increasing your recruiting odds through the use of the commission.

Looking forward, we will need to shift our strategy. Benefits need to be front and center. Many people, including NRA members, do not know all the benefits a NRA membership offers. Firearm insurance, discounts, and a free hat, are a few things that could encourage people to join. It is paramount to understand the needs of your customer and adjust your NRA pitch accordingly.
