Thank you all for helping the NRA stay connected with our 5 million members and America’s 100 million gun owners. Your continued commitment preserves our Constitutional right of gun ownership. Our team helps inspire future generations through the expansion of NRA’s shooting, hunting, and gun safety programs for Americans of all ages and all walks of life. Our service allows America’s youth to participate in NRA educational programs, shooting competitions, and gun safety classes among many other things. Through our collaborative efforts, we are securing freedom’s future by raising awareness on the importance of our organization and what it means to be an American.
Our organization has established and maintains many far-reaching programs that make our nation safer, instill strong values into our youth and fellow citizens, and provide our citizens with the knowledge to protect themselves and their communities. Your commitment and support of our national programs is critical to their long-term success and impact. Some of our many programs include:
National School Shield Program – We support this program’s mission to protect our children with trained and armed security personnel as well as establishing and implementing security plans in our schools
Eddie Eagle Gunsafe® – We help shelter the lifesaving program that reaches millions of our youth around the country. This program helps parents, law enforcement, community groups, and educators ensure our children’s safety.
Refuse to be a Victim® – Empowers our American citizens with personal safety tips and techniques that are both useful and effective in avoiding dangerous situations and criminal attacks.
Many of these programs are helping lead the charge in countless legislative battles. I appreciate your support for helping to keep these programs, and our organization, strong. Thank you all for the countless hours of commitment and energy that you have devoted to our organization. I understand that some events aren’t as fulfilling as others but your persistence has not and will not go unnoticed. Take the opportunity to step outside your norm and reach out to venues that you felt did not fit the build. Or give a venue a second chance. Allen Shireman of Valparaiso, IN has been an illustration of diligence in the field. His pledge to remain present in the field, and our fight, no matter what the turnout is at his venues are is admirable. Keep in mind, whether it be 10, 20, or 100 new or renewed members, one by one we become more resilient each and every day.
The NRA Recruiting program provides a great opportunity for NRA members to strengthen the NRA by increasing membership and earn extra money at the same time!
