Back to the Basics: Cash Payments

When mailing membership applications, remember to convert any cash you receive as payment into a check or money order. Affix (staple or paperclip) the check to the corresponding application(s).

If you receive multiple cash payments, you may combine the total sum into one check. Verify that the amount you are sending is correct by balancing the check total with the total sum collected for cash memberships.

Sending cash in the mail is not safe! It is also not trackable. To ensure there are no delays in membership processing and to receive timely commission compensation, use secure methods of payment.
